We developed a company profile design for property selection for when you have got a client who is ready to make the purchase, but is not sure which one of your options to go with, it helps to have a visual aid that they can take away with them and think over the decision. In the case of Mount Kenya Wildlife Estate in Nanyuki, they had a few property typologies that a potential buyer could purchase.

We put these house typologies into a simple, easy to digest brochure that had illustrations of what the final homes look like and big floor plans that allowed a potential buyer to see themselves and living a life in that house. We ensured that the cost of producing this brochure is not very high so that the potential home buyer could take it away with them and experiment mentally with the different options that they were considering.
