Mount Kenya Wildlife Estate Bifold Flyer Design

Mount Kenya Wildlife Estate needed flyer design developed that they could use in various real estate offices around the country that would explain what it was they were selling on the estate. The goal of the flyer was to pique the interest of potential buyers drawing them to actually make a site visit to the property in Nanyuki.

The flyer design that we came up with was a bi-fold that covered the lifestyle offering, the potential returns of the real estate investment and the unique selling point that is the wildlife that freely roams the estate. The flyer was effective in drawing physical traffic to the state in Nanyuki and once people had made their way up to Mount Kenya Wildlife Estate, they were able to then see the amazing property that was actually for sale. When potential buyers did this the flyer has served its purpose.
