Rookie Manager Magazine Logo Design

We did a Logo Design for the Rookie Manager Kenya, a website that seeks to simplify personal finance with articles about budgeting, personal finance, management and doing business in Kenya, in a way that everyone will understand. The website seeks to be a tool that is useful for individuals who are keen to turn their financial fortunes around using what they have now. It is a website where all content is based on the real lives of real people based in Nairobi attempting to do better with what they have got.

THE TASK
The Rookie Manager asked us to develop an identity that made sense to visitor quickly and was easy to remember. The new identity had to be something associated to what content visitors will find on the Rookie Manager website.

THE SOLUTION
We created the below company logo design for them, incorporating the core purpose of the website in the logo. The core purpose of the website is for people to read about how they can be better financial managers in their own personal lives. We combined the idea of reading into the logo and came up with the below. We kept the logo familiar by sticking with existing brand colours.
