UK-Kenya Investor Guide Design

We developed a company profile design for the UK’s Department for International Trade who were seeking have a profile document prepared to help investors find opportunities in Kenya.

With its vibrant entrepreneurial culture and changing demographics, Kenya has attracted global attention from investors, private sector corporations and other entrepreneurs globally.

This has earned it the “Silicon Savannah” tag. Kenya is now an investment destination for private equity, impact investing, and venture capital investors who are increasingly channelling capital into the country and across the region.

When the UK’s Department for International Trade wanted to help get its citizens investing in Kenya, they tasked Viktoria Ventures to create and Investor Guide content and Wit Design to do the layout and print of this publication.

THE TASK
We were asked to develop a publication design that would be appealing to the sophisticated UK audience. As such, the design needed to cut through the busy lives of these potential investors and be interesting enough to capture their attention. The resulting publication could not look like it was from “Africa”, it needed to look like it was done in the UK for the UK audience.

THE SOLUTION
High quality work is never been a problem for us at Wit Design Kenya and we jumped at the opportunity to create a high-quality publication that would hold the interest of potential investors sitting in the UK reading up about investment in Kenya. We went a step further by developing a landing page for this investor guide so that the organisations involved would be able to get data on who was going through this PDF (potential investors) therefore they were able to a higher return on investment on the design of this investment publication and the landing page website by connecting with potential investors directly.
